Large format contemporary art
“The foundations of my contemporary works are firmly embedded in a world of empathy, apathy, sexuality, humanity and solitude. I prioritise colour, line and shape above a clear definition of subject, letting associated texts fill in the blanks.
I initially work with analog film shot using a beater of a Nikon. Once the raw material has been captured, I move over to digital platforms, extracting my subjects and working them into a new, abstract yet defined compositions.
The texts are born out of experience; of personal loss, professional gain, social observation, questions of ethics and morals, of how and when and maybe, of quantum entanglement and buried cities in the dark of the moon. Each text is written alongside the creation of each artwork, and both develop together as a unity, an expression.”
A BRAVE NEW WORLD
Dark clouds dissipate as tumultuous mountains crack at shadowed seams. Cracks form chimneys, rifts to valleys, darkness recedes afraid of this new world. The Nothing has become nothing, and with it, I something.

Lifetimes of isolated incarceration stimulate luculent channels seamlessly meshing emotion to thought to reality.
A matrix of lies. Isolated. Hopeless. Paranoid.

FEAR HATE LOVE FAITH
A deep elemental connection ignites terror in us both. A terror that gives birth to mythical nouns and magical verbs, that plays out acts reserved solely for those you longed to imitate.

Dark embers glow, a still heart forged from starlight on the eve of judgement, a once Jovian forge now broken by the will of false gods.
